Spring is here!


Spring is here! I started my day with yoga and it was just what I needed! It gave me time and space to reflect on my intentions for spring. I always view spring as a type of a re-birth, a new beginning. I encourage everyone to take some time today to write down what you love about your life...and do more of it! Write down your why...as in why you keep going, why it is important. You will need to pull out your why periodically to remind you to keep going when you want to quit. Write down your goals and choose one thing that you intend to do do each and everyday that will help you to feel better and keep you on track to reach your goals!
