You don't have time to workout?!

It is so hard to juggle work, family and self care! I know, I struggle too. I miss workouts, I eat pizza. I mean I live in the real world and like most people, I cave to temptations sometimes too! The idea is to do your best each day, plan ahead, prep healthy food and make peace with yourself when you are not perfect! As far as exercise, Beachbody just made it way easier to fit it in...22 minute hardcore is available and this program is about to make fitting in exercise even easier! Myself and a few teamates will be running a challenge group starting next month to keep us all on track!
