No more excuses


It is hard to make time to exercise...I am the first one to admit this. It always feels easier to sleep in or turn on the TV or do really anything but exercise!!! You can literally find a million excuses...but you just need ONE reason! ONE reason to be healthier, happier and feeling like you rule the world! Maybe you could write your reasons down and post them all over your house! Maybe you can put your sneakers in a place that you will trip over them! Make a date with a friend...you are more likely to stick with it if you have a partner! Another way I have tricked myself, if I tell myself that I only need to workout for 5 minutes...and I always want to go longer! Whatever it takes...jut get started!
